I am considered an "out of network" provider for most other insurance companies. I will provide you with appropriate paperwork to submit to your insurance company or FSA for reimbursement for out of network services at your request.

Out of network status claims are often reimbursed 50-100%. The correct paperwork and support will be provided help you file your claim. It may be helpful to contact your insurance provider and inquire about out of network reimbursement rates.

Fee for Services
Session and other fees are:

Insurance billed for therapy session and patient to pay co-payment/coinsurance at time of service.

$60 for No Show or Missed appointments with less than 24 hour notice.

Discount rate of $125 for cash private pay without insurance at time of service
