About Me
I am an Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and also hold a national certification as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). I received my Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from Arizona State University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Development and Family studies from the University of Utah.
Since graduation I have specialized in treating individuals and couples struggling with relationships problems, anxiety, and depression. Over the past 20 years, I have striven to be a clinician that fosters an empathetic and supportive therapeutic environment while still being able to confront problems that individuals and couples are struggling with. My belief is that the therapeutic relationship is key to effective treatment outcomes. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples develop effective coping skills that will help them experience fulfilling relationships and peace in their lives.

I utilize evidence based treatment interventions for prevalent issues such as PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and adjustment to living with chronic illness, as well as therapy focused on helping couples enhance their relationship.
